Interview at Marjan Fine Persian Grill

This past Tuesday, we went to Marjan Fine Persian Grill to fully immerse ourselves in the culture of Persian food. While we were there, we had the opportunity to talk to the owner and ask him a few questions. Q: What do you think is unique about Persian cuisine? Persian cuisine, what’s unique about it?
